ToolWolf Return Policy
ToolWolf wants to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, our return process and policy is as follows:
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll provide a return authorization number.
- If the returned item is defective, we will exchange it at no cost and cover the shipping.
For non-defective returns, ToolWolf will charge a 25% restocking fee.
